"Remembering Rizal" (narrative essay)

      A hero is a person noted for courageous deeds or special achievements to the point that one risks or sacrifices one's own life. Anyone can be a hero just like Dr.jose rizal, our national hero . Jose Rizal was born in calamba laguna on june 19,1861.

     His Father Francisco Rizal Mercado Y Alejandro and his Mother Teodora Alonzo Rizal .He grew up in a well-disciplined home.His first teacher was his mother who helped him become the great man that he was .he wrote several books which become his master pieces such as Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. With the helped of these, the filipino people became aware of thier situations under the spanish regime. Dr.Rizal died at the age of 35. And his death caused the filipino people tounite and defend their rights to be free.

    The play we viewed during the first scenes , it was quite boring for me .But as the story went on , I became interested about the life of our great hero.some scenes seems so funny but behind this there was a vital connections of what we have now .

    The play encouraged me to seek knowledge and become a more responsible young of this generation.
